  • When can I move in?

    If there is a storage space available that meets your specific storage needs, you can move in anytime during normal access hours.

  • How much notice needs to be given before I move out?

    Since we don’t tie you down with long-term contracts, you are free to cancel at any time. Please note we don’t refund rental amounts once they have been paid for a month.

  • What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?

    A valid form of identification is required when reserving a unit (driver’s license, state issued ID card, passport, or military ID).

  • Do I need to sign a long-term lease?

    All of our contracts are on a month–to–month basis.

  • How do I make a payment/What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept credit cards and checks. Credit cards can be set up for auto-pay, paid online, or taken over the phone. All checks should be mailed to:

  • Do you sell boxes and storage supplies?

    Unfortunately, we do not offer any boxes or storage supplies.

  • How do I know how much storage space I will need?

    Feel free to utilize the storage calculator on our website to help you find the perfect sized unit.

  • Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?

    Please see a copy of the rental agreement for a full list of items which may not be stored.

  • Does there have to be someone in the office to let me through the security gates?

    You can enter/exit the property at any time during normal access hours using your assigned gate PIN.

  • Do you have handcarts and dollies available at your facility?

    Unfortunately, we do not offer any handcarts or dollies.
